Depot T-Card Board
The depot's T-card board, rebuilt: crews move their own cards from WhatsApp.
The job
Runs the day's work orders: assigns teams, spots risks to service levels before deadlines are missed, clears the human review queue and moves each order from issued to fixed with proof. Crews update the board from the street by WhatsApp, without logging in.
The moment
The depot's work orders sit on a digital planning board, one card per job in each team's row. At 13:00, Team 4's row warns that 3 jobs will miss their deadline by 14:00.
The board suggests moving one to Team 2, whose last job was 900 m away, and the supervisor drags it across.
At 13:41 a crew lead sends an after photo from the street. The card moves from on site to fixed, and the resident is sent a WhatsApp and an email, with a confirmation call booked for 18:30.
At 18:34 the card turns green with the resident's words: "All good, it's fixed, thank you for your work."
