Board Money Statement
The board pack, laid out as the statement your customers receive.
The job
Replaces the quarterly CX board pack with a statement of money: what the company released, prevented, owed and still holds, each line backed by customers' own words. Every board promise carries forward, so next quarter shows whether it was kept.
The moment
The quarterly board pack is laid out like the statements customers receive. The chair reads one debit line: $2.1 million of customers' money held beyond 5 working days, affecting 212 customers.
The chair taps the line, reads one affected customer's own words, and signs a promise to bring it to zero.
Next quarter the statement opens with that promise carried forward: $2.1 million then, $0.3 million now.
The one board promise that was not kept is stamped "returned unpaid" in red, like a bounced cheque.
What it does
- Record a board promise
- Send the chair a voice note
- Email the statement PDF (board or regulator-return mode)
- Mark a promise paid or returned unpaid
What you see
A bank-statement layout (opening balance, credits, debits, closing balance) with signature lines and bounced-cheque stamps, a regulator-return mode, and a WhatsApp voice-note companion
What it moves
The closing balance of customer money held past the regulatory deadline, in dollars and customers, and the share of board promises kept each quarter.
