The job
Find every passenger missing a bag, tell them where it is before they have to chase, price what each circling bag is costing, and drop it off the belt only when it is delivered.
The moment
The station manager taps a tag that has circled for three days: a mother's post about her son's insulin cooler, flagged medical and pulled to the front. The lookup says located at the transfer hub, on the next flight. The WhatsApp goes at 14:02; her next post, at 16:40, reads they told me before I even asked, and her stopwatch freezes green. That evening the bag-tracing system says delivered and the tag drops off the belt; the header ticks to Told before they asked: 71% today, up from 38%.
