The job
Catches rules, fees, deadlines and entitlements an AI agent tells customers that aren't in the policy register. Prices the exposure from the customers who heard them, gets legal to rule, and shuts each claim down with evidence that it stopped.
The moment
Each week a board of wanted posters goes up, one for each rule the AI agent made up and told customers.
This week's poster: the 30-day bereavement refund that doesn't exist, told to customers 14 times since Tuesday. The reward, meaning the money at risk, reads $38,000.
The number counts up as more customers who heard it are found. Legal rules on the claim, and a guardrail goes in.
Two weeks later the poster is stamped "CAPTURED": no sightings since the guardrail went in.
