Wallet Weather
Paydays, price rises and benefit dates forecast hardship fronts before payments are missed.
The job
Forecasts waves of money stress from paydays, benefit dates and other calendar and economic events. It puts hardship help in front of customers before they miss a payment or complain, and proves it worked against the last wave that had no plan.
The moment
Money stress is forecast like the weather, from paydays, late salaries, fuel and tax changes, benefit dates, school-fee months and exchange-rate swings.
Two radar loops play over the same city map. Last year's wave turned the east of the city red with complaints about disconnection.
This month's wave was met in advance by pausing notices, and the map stays pale.
The card underneath shows disconnection complaints flat, against a rise of 180% last time, and no mentions of the regulator.
What it does
- Post a payment-flexibility message to IVR and bot
- Pause collection calls for 72 hours
- Arm the agent hardship script
- Send a consented WhatsApp instalment note
- Pre-register and close the front
- Drill a district
What you see
Animated money-weather map with a five-day outlook and a forecast-versus-actual radar replay
What it moves
Can't-pay contacts, collections complaints and threats to go to the regulator in each wave, compared with the last wave with no plan. For utilities, disconnection complaints; for lenders, how many customers fall into arrears.
