The job
Helps a leader choose between two options by hearing how customers reacted to the closest past version of each. The leader replies A or B, then later hears the verdict, including how strong the evidence is.
The moment
A decision is waiting on the minister. Between meetings, the minister plays two WhatsApp voice notes, each setting out one option and how customers reacted to the closest past version of it.
A one-page companion in the app shows the evidence behind each note and how strong it is.
The minister replies "B", and the reply is registered against the decision.
A month later, a third note reports the verdict: "You kept the counter open for over-sixties. Their complaints fell by half."
