Summer Crossings
Forecast what breaks when customers leave for the summer and return, and reach them first.
The job
Predicts what breaks when customers leave for the summer and when they come back, reaches them before each move, and shows the revenue gained and contacts saved at each one.
The moment
Customers leaving for the summer and coming back are shown on a map, with each departure and return marked as a crossing.
The map forecasts that 3,400 households will report their router dead after summer in the week of 24 August, alongside what customers said last August.
In July the field team books 1,200 service visits before customers return, and the forecast shrinks on screen as bookings land.
The return brings a third of last year's contacts, with $410,000 in service revenue booked.
What it does
- Plan a crossing
- Send the pre-crossing nudge
- Offer pre-return service slots
- Publish a crossing answer for the AI agent
What you see
Seasonal map of departures and returns, with forecast volumes that shrink as help lands and captions quoting what customers said last year
What it moves
Contacts at each crossing against the forecast and last summer, such as router complaints per 1,000 households, and revenue gained from roaming activations, pauses instead of cancellations and service visits booked.
