Reply in Kind
Voice notes answered with voice notes, in the sender's own words.
The job
Answer the customers who speak rather than type (elders, drivers, low-literacy users) in the medium and language they chose, let them verify fixes by voice, and prove it cuts recontact.
The moment
A 71-year-old's two-minute voice note about his pension transfer gets a 30-second reply in his own words: Sir, we sent the money today and it will reach you tomorrow. He answers with a voice note of thanks for the team, you have done right by us, and the card turns green as verified. The A/B panel beside it shows the in-kind cohort's 14-day recontact rate at half that of the text cohort.
What it does
- Draft a reply in the sender's own words
- Approve and send as a voice note
- Send a post-fix voice check
- Reopen on a spoken 'not fixed'
- Log the send and outcome
What you see
A voice-note desk with waveform cards, language badges, a register mirror and a reply-in-kind composer; the customer-facing output is a WhatsApp voice note
What it moves
14-day recontact rate for voice-note senders answered in kind vs by text, verification response rate uplift for voice-first customers, and the register-mismatch rate
