The job
From public posts, shows where people say a telecom's network fails at stadiums, malls, festivals and districts, against every rival. Forecasts each operator's signal before big matches, sends places to network planning with a fix date, and proves fixes using rivals as the control.
The moment
The day before a big match, the network lead enters the date. From public posts on the last six match days, the app forecasts signal at the national stadium: 1 bar for the operator, 3 bars for Rival B.
The morning after, the forecast grades itself: 412 posts said there was no network inside the stadium, 71% about this operator. The forecast was right.
The customer experience chief sends the stadium to network planning, with the next match as the fix date.
After that match, this operator's share of complaints falls to 22% while Rival B's stays flat, so the rival works as a control group proving the fix.
