Catches every place whose real opening hours differ from its published ones, such as closing early, an unstaffed counter, an empty ATM or listed open but shut. Prices the customers turned away and fixes the roster or listing until the clock is clean.

A wall shows a clock face for every place, comparing its published opening hours with the hours customers actually found it open.
At 16:00 on Friday the clocks sweep past four, and 37 of them flash red at once.
The network manager sends 30 listing fixes and 7 roster changes in one sitting, worth about 2,900 turned-away visits a month.
The next Friday every clock comes back clean except two, which reopen automatically.
