Offer Tripwire
A partner offer breaks at checkout; everyone it blocked is made whole.
The job
Catches a partner offer, promo code or bundle failing at checkout in its first hour and gets the partner or the checkout system fixed. It credits and tells every blocked customer who can be reached, and gives the partner a certificate that proves it.
The moment
Every live partner offer, promo code and bundle is watched like a tripwire that snaps when customers say it failed at checkout.
At 10:12 the first complaint arrives: "the card cashback didn't apply". By 10:31 there are 14 mentions from 6 branches, all using the same payment method.
The partner bank gets the evidence before its own contact centre has noticed.
A week later, the loyalty manager sends the bank a certificate: 318 customers blocked, 312 credited and told, 6 unreachable, and the fault fixed in 47 minutes. It also shows the bank's reliability rank for the quarter.
What it does
- Send the partner an evidence pack
- Send a holding line to the AI agent
- Page branches with a cashier script
- Credit and tell blocked customers
- Send the made-whole certificate
- Log the incident and ledger entries
What you see
A tripwire rail of live offers (split-flap tiles for codes), an incident card, a live made-whole counter that ends as a forwardable certificate, and a partner reliability league
What it moves
The share of blocked customers made whole within 7 days, minutes from the first complaint to the partner being told, and dollars credited compared with how often those customers buy again within 30 days.
