Limbo Carousel
Stuck money circles the belt until the customer says it landed.
The job
Turn every complaint about money a customer can't see into a tracked case with an amount, a rail, an owner and a regulator clock, and close it only when the customer confirms the money arrived, so no case breaches the deadline and the regulator gets the proof.
The moment
The CFO drags the bank-transfer lane to chase and approves one batch. The app then replays the afternoon at 60x: suitcases drop off as customers tap yes, it arrived on WhatsApp, the $4.1M counter falls to $2.6M, and one red suitcase bounces back on the belt after a customer answers no.
What it does
- Chase a rail lane
- Tell the customer where their money is
- Ask 'did it arrive?'
- Reverse, credit or pause an installment
- Reopen a case
- Prepare the regulator pack
What you see
A baggage-carousel wall (one suitcase per case, tagged by rail, leg and business days), with a phone-first case card and a sped-up batch replay
What it moves
$ in limbo and median business days to customer-confirmed arrival; regulator-clock breaches per month (target zero)
