Licensed Twin Panel
Grounded customer twins earn a licence, then debate your decision in their own words.
The job
Before a rule, fee or product change ships, hear how each customer segment is likely to argue about it, in their own words and from voices whose accuracy has been measured, and then ask the real customers, so the flashpoints get fixed before launch rather than after.
The moment
One twin's licence card reads Revoked: missed the holiday-season fee backlash, 2 of 5 objections, and it sits greyed out. The holiday family in 38C says, citing 14 real posts, we carry gifts and extra bags; you will meet us at the gate in tears. Two days later 212 real travellers answer the pulse and 78% say the same; the rule ships with a family exemption, and the gate-tears theme never appears.
What it does
- Convene the panel
- Send open questions as a real pulse
- Log decision
- Renew, narrow or revoke licence
- Check twins against past launches
- Open seat evidence
What you see
Conversation theatre: a panel seating plan with licence cards and footnoted speech bubbles, ending in a real-customer rebuttal scorecard
What it moves
The share of predicted flashpoints that appeared (or were prevented) after launch, per licensed twin; pulse agreement between each twin and its real segment; and week-one complaints on the changed rule against analogues.
