Left Behind Shelf
Passports, phones and school bags left in cars, reunited on the clock.
The job
Turns every report of an item left in a car into a tracked recovery: driver reached, handover booked, item returned, rider confirms and driver thanked. Shows the contact costs and trust it wins back.
The moment
Each item left in a car appears as a luggage tag on a lost-property shelf. A tag flashes: a passport lost at 18:05, for a flight at 23:40.
At 18:21 the voice agent reaches the driver in the driver's own language. The driver is 9 km away and agrees to meet at the airport drop-off at 20:30.
At 20:34 the rider replies "got it, thank you" and the tag moves to the reunited tray. The driver's app shows the rider's thanks.
The thank-you reel adds a new line: passport returned in 2 hours 29 minutes, and the rider made the flight.
What it does
- Tag an item
- Call the driver by voice agent
- Book handover and WhatsApp the rider
- Waive the return-trip fee
- Relay thanks and close the tag
What you see
Lost-property shelf of luggage tags with a reunited tray, a care-floor thank-you reel and a shelf economics page
What it moves
The median hours to return an item, the share of items returned, repeat contacts per lost-item case, and the satisfaction (CSAT) of riders who got their items back.
