The moment
Every change the company is running appears on a wall screen set out like an airport departures board, from launch until its result is known.
The team watches a fee change flip from in flight to "Diverted: rolled back".
A second later an app release flashes amber: it overlaps with the fee change, so the results of the two would be mixed up.
At Monday's stand-up the lead moves the app release four days later on the planning screen. The overlap disappears, and both changes later get clear results.
