Journey Comic Strip
Your costliest journey as a six-panel comic that redraws when fixed.
The job
Replaces the "customer pain points" slide with a comic strip of the costliest customer journey. It is drawn from real, anonymised customer comments, each panel is priced, and a panel is redrawn once its fix is confirmed to work.
The moment
The board reads a six-panel comic strip of a mother chasing a card refund for 19 days. It is a composite drawn from 1,240 real complaints, and each panel shows what that step costs.
The bank fixes the problem shown in panel 4, and the fix is checked.
Three months later, panel 4 redraws itself as "the next customer's version", using a real quote from a customer after the fix. The old panel stays beside it as a faded ghost.
The tally at the bottom reads $310,000 given back.
