Holiday Mode
Arm every public holiday ten days out; judge it against last year's date.
The job
Before each public holiday, prove that holiday offers work, the creative is symbol-safe, the bot and hotline know this year's holiday and closure facts, and staffing matches last year's curve, in every market. The morning after, give every readiness line a verdict against the same date last year, and carry every failure forward to the next market's holiday as a lesson.
The moment
Nine days before the holiday the Offers lamp turns red in the arming meeting: the holiday code is capped at $50 while the banner promises half off, and beside it sit last year's 3,140 fake discount posts, 41 tagging the consumer regulator. It is fixed by evening. At 09:00 the morning after the card reads fake-discount contacts 212 vs 3,140 on the same date last year: Looks over. Then the lesson moves on: the ring turns to the next market's holiday and its arming board opens with the checkout lesson already lit. In January the milestone map shows that lesson carried through five markets unbroken.
What it does
- Attest a station with an evidence link
- Test-fire holiday offers at checkout
- Page a station owner
- Send the KB owner the holiday facts pack
- Send WFM the same-date curve
- Make it right for customers hit by a broken offer
- Stamp the verdict and carry the lesson forward
- Send the morning-after card
What you see
A Holiday Ring year dial of public holidays, a T-10 arming board, a 09:00 morning-after verdict card, and a milestone map of lessons carried between markets.
What it moves
Stations caught red at arming and fixed before the day, and holiday complaint volume against the same date last year per market.
