Customer on the Calendar
Your most-wronged customer sends the executive a meeting invite.
The job
Books the week's most urgent unresolved customers into the responsible executive's calendar as 15-minute meetings, with a briefing and, with consent, the customer's own voice. Ownership happens in the calendar executives already use, and whole types of problem get fixed, not just one case.
The moment
The COO's calendar shows a 15-minute meeting invite for Tuesday at 09:00, titled in the customer's own words: "third month without my refund". The customer's voice note is attached.
The COO accepts. The refund goes through by noon, and the customer confirms it on WhatsApp.
Four weeks later, the record shows 11 of 12 customer meetings kept, each one confirmed by the customer.
A summary of patterns across those meetings finds 2,300 other customers with the same cause behind their missing refund. That cause is now fixed and checked.

- Connect a masked call
What you see
Calendar invites titled in the customer's words, a week grid with kept/declined/confirmed states, and a four-weekly pattern roll-up
What it moves
