Crowd Clock
Crowding and heat on a 24-hour clock; place the fix, prove the calm.
The job
Find the hours and gates where crowding and heat complaints concentrate, place a change (timed-entry cap, shade, misting fans, an extra lane) as a pre-registered experiment against an untouched comparison gate, and prove whether it worked.
The moment
Gate C's August wedge glows red with 212 people fainting in the queue and 46 degrees, no shade mentions. The fans went in on 2 September; the split-screen race shows heat mentions at Gate C down 81% while untouched Gate D stays flat, and the verdict reads the fans did it, not the weather.
What it does
- Place a pre-registered change
- Notify operations
- Push a timed-entry cap to ticketing
- Send the readiness pack
- Drill a wedge
What you see
Radial 24x7 thermometer clock with a ring per gate, drag-a-fix icons, and a split-screen race verdict
What it moves
Heat and crowding complaints per week at a treated gate relative to its comparison gate (net % change), and the count of verified changes in the readiness pack
