Contract Teeth
X-ray every contract against customers' words: penalties owed, obligations missed, both sides.
The job
At the governance meeting, price every clause in the existing supplier contracts against what customers say, both the vendor's and your own, claim the penalties owed with evidence, and walk out with a remediation plan instead of an argument.
The moment
The vendor manager turns the lightbox to the 3PL: Clause 7.2 says failed attempts at most 3 per 1,000; your customers say 9.4 ("he never came and marked me absent"). 212 quotes, $380,000 claimable. The 3PL points at the other half of the image: the platform's own obligation to pass accurate address pins glows broken on 1,140 orders. Both leave with a joint remediation plan, and the counter reads Recovered this year: $1.2M, 3.1x the OnClarity licence.
What it does
- Log a claim
- Send the claim letter and evidence pack
- Confirm a recovery
- Assign fixable drivers (your own obligations)
- Draft and send a change request
- Open a bone's evidence
What you see
A two-sided X-ray lightbox of contract obligations with penalty 'jaws', a claim-letter composer and a recovered-money counter
What it moves
$ claimed and finance-confirmed as recovered per quarter (and as a multiple of the OnClarity licence), plus the clause breach rate in the cycle after a claim
