Complainant Jury
The customers a partner failed decide whether its fix actually worked.
The job
Verify a partner's claimed systemic fix by asking the customers it failed, and make their verdict, together with the passive trend, the gate on the partner's standing and payment release.
The moment
A contractor says its crews were retrained. The 40 residents who complained are summoned, and seats fill one by one; same cracked tiles surfaces on a red seat. The jury votes 31 to 9 not fixed, the trend agrees, the pledge flips back to open on screen, and the payment-release record shows the retention held, with the jury's quotes attached.
What it does
- Pre-register the verdict rule
- Summon the jury
- Confirm a juror's stance
- Reopen a failed pledge and tell the partner
- Hold or release a milestone payment
What you see
Jury box (summoned, deliberating, verdict) beside the passive trend, with a standing ledger
What it moves
Share of claimed partner fixes upheld by both jury and trend, and retention money held or released on evidence
