The job
Helps you write partner contracts around what customers actually say. Each clause is tested on past data before signing and measured every month, so penalties and bonuses are settled on evidence, not on the partner's own SLA reports.
The moment
A new contract with a third-party logistics partner includes clause 7.3, which is measured on what customers actually say. A gauge sits beside the clause text and reads it every month.
In month one the gauge reads 1.1 against a limit of 0.8, with 64 customer quotes behind it. The penalty is calculated without anyone needing a meeting.
By month three the clause is back in the green.
The vendor manager then runs the same gauge on the AI agent supplier's own clause about customers having to get in touch again, with the fee for that line shown beside it.
