Clause Meter
Write customers' own words into partner contracts, then run the meter.
The job
When drafting or renewing a partner contract, measure clauses by what customers actually say, backtest them before signing and meter them every month, so penalties and gain-share settle on evidence instead of the partner's self-reported SLAs.
The moment
The 3PL's new contract cites Clause 7.3, measured per Annex B. In month one the meter reads 1.1 against 0.8 with 64 quotes behind it, and the penalty is calculated without a meeting; by month three it is green. Then the vendor manager runs the same meter on the AI-agent supplier's own re-contact clause, with its fee line beside it.
