The job
Turns spoken or typed directions, like "behind the old cinema", into a map pin with a circle showing how sure it is, so voice and text reports join the same duplicate checks, dispatch and follow-up as photo reports. Proves the crew trips saved.
The moment
A hotline caller reports a problem on "the street behind the old cinema, next to the water tank, in the old quarter".
The app turns those directions into a map pin with a 150 m circle showing how sure it is. It finds three photo reports already inside the circle and merges them, so the caller joins the same work order.
Two days later the crew confirms the real spot 40 m away, and the pin moves.
The city's list of landmark phrases grows from 1,183 to 1,184.
