Your Side, Our Side
Every 'no power' or 'no internet' lands where the fault really sits.
The job
Sorts every "no internet", "no power", "no water" or "AC not cold" contact by whether the fault is in the home or on the network. Home faults get a self-fix instead of a truck, network faults are spotted early, and avoided visits are priced.
The moment
A cartoon cutaway runs from inside the customer's home out to the network. Each "no power" call is a dot, placed where the fault really sits.
It shows that last night 38% of no-power calls were about problems inside the house.
One click sends 1,140 callers a voice note on how to reset the breaker. By morning, visits that found no fault are down from 210 to 71.
A ledger puts a dollar value on the truck visits avoided. The one dot out at the substation turns out to be the first sign of a real network fault on a feeder line.
What it does
- Send a pile its self-check
- Hold dispatch for fixed contacts
- Open a NOC ticket for a confirmed fault
- Correct a dot's pile
- Publish the self-check as an AI agent answer
What you see
Comic-style house-to-network cutaway with a dot per contact, an incident rain mode that warns when the network rows fill, a money ledger and a quiz mode
What it moves
Truck visits and "no fault found" visits avoided each week, valued in dollars, plus repeat contacts within 24 hours for each group of calls.
