Visitor Fix Line
Report it in any language; the after-photo postcard finds you back home.
The job
Gives visitors one line to report a problem anywhere in the destination and runs each report to a confirmed fix, updating the visitor in their language at every step. Each responsible agency is held to an SLA in a monthly league for leadership.
The moment
A visitor reports a problem with a boardwalk through the destination's single reporting line, in their own language, and is kept updated at every step.
On the work-order board, the boardwalk case flips to Fixed. Seconds later the visitor's phone buzzes with a postcard showing before and after photos and a thank-you in their own language.
Next morning, a visiting family at the site answers the AI agent's question "is it fixed?" with a yes.
The pin on the wall turns green and is labelled as confirmed by a visitor.
