One Answer, Every Door
Write one lettered answer; every door says it, and stale doors blink red.
The job
Lets teams write the answer once during an incident and know every channel customers use (AI chat, voice agent, phone menu, reply templates, WhatsApp, care replies) gives the current version, so contacts are absorbed and nobody hears an out-of-date story.
The moment
During an incident, the official answer is written once and given a letter, like an airport's weather broadcast. At 05:40, with fog at the hub, version D is issued.
Within four minutes, chat, WhatsApp and agents' reply templates all give version D. But a test call to the automated phone line still hears version C, so its tile blinks red.
The phone line is fixed at 05:48.
When the incident is stood down, the ledger shows the AI agent handled 3,900 contacts, avoiding $58,500 in costs. One click withdraws every holding message.
What it does
- Approve and publish letter
- Withdraw all holding messages
- Ping stale door owner
- Log storm and letter
- Open stale conversations
- Send containment ledger
What you see
An ATIS-style lettered broadcast board with a door grid (one tile per channel), a mystery-caller ticker and a storm track with a decay line
What it moves
Minutes from approving a new answer until every channel gives it, and incident contacts absorbed by the AI agent, with the cost avoided per incident in dollars.
