Envelopes in Flight
Holiday money in flight, stuck corridors chased, every envelope confirmed landed.
The job
Every month, show each corridor partner how many hours senders' money sat stuck and how often it was confirmed landed, and use that at contract review. Twice a year, run the holiday peak from start to finish: rehearse from last year's peak, warn senders before cut-offs, chase jammed corridors, and confirm in the sender's own language that every stuck envelope landed.
The moment
The holiday-morning wall opens on one masked sender's verification call, played on speaker from the voice provider. Line by line the wall types his words with English beneath: yes, my mother got it. As the line lands, the corridor arc fills with light and the counter reads One corridor: 1,212 of 1,212 confirmed landed. The product head photographs the wall for the CEO.
