The job
Picks a random closed case every day and traces its full history against the standard an inspector will use. Readiness becomes continuous, gaps become tasks with owners, and on inspection day any case the examiner picks has already been traced.
The moment
Every day the app draws one closed complaint at random and traces each step it went through, the way an inspector would.
At a mock inspection, the examiner enters a number and 20 cases are drawn at random from 38,112 closed complaints.
Case 13's trail replays in 20 seconds. One step glows red: a person overrode the AI's routing, and the case slipped by a day.
The examiner rates the controls effective in 19 of 20 cases, with a likely range of 76 to 99%. The wall shows an unbroken run of 97 days of daily traces.
